About Us
Founded in 1971, TZILI Machinery Co., Ltd. began as a small factory on Hami Street in Taipei's Datong District, building its expertise through conventional lathe machining. We moved to Section 6 of Yanping North Road in Shilin District in 1978, then to our current Tonghe West Street premises in 1985. That same year, we purchased a Japanese CNC machining center, advancing into precision machining while continuing to specialize in rubber mold development and manufacturing.
From miniature watch-crown O-rings to rubber injection molds, our experience spans a wide range of product sizes, profiles and molding processes. X-ring mold development is one of our specialties, with product cross-sections as small as 0.6 mm. Our services also cover compression, transfer, injection and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) injection molds. We discuss each project based on the customer's drawings, materials and molding requirements.
Our factory has seven CNC milling machines and two CNC lathes, supported by one 2.5D measuring system and two Mitutoyo optical profile projectors for dimensional measurement and profile inspection. A 250-ton 3RT molding press is also available for mold trials.
